Returns & Replacements
At BytezUp, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive return and replacement policy.
Eligibility for Returns: If there are any defects or production issues with your product, you are entitled to a full replacement without any questions asked. To be eligible for an exchange, you must request it within 2 days of receiving your order.
Condition for Returns: The product must be returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition, as it was sent to you. Upon receiving the returned product, it will undergo an inspection to ensure these conditions are met.
Exchange Process: Once the product passes inspection, we will process the exchange for the desired product of the same or higher value. Please note that only complete orders can be exchanged; partial exchanges are not allowed. The entire exchange process may take 10-12 working days.
Non-Refundable Items: In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. No refund, return, or replacement will be processed if the claim is raised after 7 days of delivery or if the product is delivered as per the order and in undamaged condition.
Damaged Products: If you receive a product in damaged condition, please provide photos as valid proof, and we will accept a replacement request.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed after we have received and inspected the returned product. BytezUp reserves the right to accept or reject return requests at its discretion.
Cancellation Policy
BytezUp reserves the right to accept or cancel orders. We may cancel orders for reasons such as inaccuracies in pricing, stock unavailability, or if the order appears to be fraudulent or malicious. We might also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 working days of placing it. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will reverse the charged amount to your account.
Suspicious Transactions: In cases of suspicious transactions, BytezUp reserves the right to report to law enforcement and provide transaction details for investigation.
Promotional Vouchers: Any promotional vouchers used on a canceled order may not be refunded.
